M Plan Apo NIR B for Brightfield Observation and Improved Transmission at 1064nm and 532nm
The Mitutoyo M Plan Apo NIR B objectives have improved transmission at 532nm and 1064nm. The objective is designed to focus the workpiece image within local focal depth when wavelength is from the visible range of 420nm to 1064nm.
Series 378 objectives have the world’s longest working distance and an infinity correction optical system. These objectives provide flexible observation a long working distance and independent correction of chromatic aberration.
• Objective is most ideal when attached to the FS70L or VMU-L microscopes
• Long working distance provides improves operability for inspecting large workpieces while maintaining the NA of the NIR series
• The mounting screw threads of objectives are M26 x 36TPI and conform to JIS B-7141-1988
• M Plan Apo NIR B objectives are available in 20x and 50x magnification
