The Mitutoyo M Plan Apo NIR objectives are designed to work within the range of 480nm to 1800nm. The Series 378 objectives have the world’s longest working distance and an infinity correction optical system. These objectives provide flexible observation a long working distance and independent correction of chromatic aberration.
• Objective can be used with the VMU-L/LB and FS70-L/L4 for laser processing
• Long working distance provides clearance between the lens surface and the workpiece surface in focus for large or awkward-shaped workpieces
• The mounting screw threads of objectives are M26 x 36TPI and conform to JIS B-7141-1988
• M Plan Apo NIR bright field objectives have magnification powers of 50x and 100x
