The compact, high-speed Mitutoyo LG-100 linear gage delivers production site visualization, improved productivity, and information feedback. The LG-100 has an IP67G rating for excellent coolant, oil and dust resistance, making it ideal for in-line measurements or use in measurement cells on the shop floor. Reference point signal output functions are featured throughout this series. When incorporating into a device the master setting value is easy to set and is retained after shutdown. The ability to recall the origin ensures excellent reliability. Up to 8 compact EJ counters counters can be linked providing the capacity to connect up to 16 gages.

  • Photoelectric encoder gives the sensor high precision across the entire measuring range as well as higher resistance to electrical interference
  • Data can be output through an industrial interface (CC-Link) by linking a compact counter (EJ counter) with an interface unit
  • Available with 8mm or 15mm stem diameters
  • Resolution of each model can be selected from 0.5μm (20 μin) or 1μm (50 μin)
  • Ranges: 10mm (.4”), 25mm (1”), or 50mm (2”)
  • Excellent shock resistance: 1000m/s2 (IEC 60068-2-27)
