The LGH series linear gage offers extremely accurate, ultra-high-resolution photoelectric reflective linear encoder (0.01μm models) or ultra-high-resolution laser interference (0.005μm models) which provides superior performance over its entire measuring range of 10mm. This linear gage series is most suitable for measuring high precision components, implementation into calibration machines and integration into high accuracy positioning applications.
