ABSOLUTE Digimatic Bore Gage

The Mitutoyo ABSOLUTE Digimatic digital bore gage takes inner dimension measurements to the next level with highly accurate, repeatable results that are easy to obtain. The gage’s minimum value holding function provides the easy detection of a hole’s diameter, and an integrated analog bar indicator enhances the intuition of the reading. The digital bore gage has an accuracy of +/-0.00012″ with a resolution of 0.00005″, and provides the measurements on an easy-to-read, dust and water resistant LCD display.

• Measuring ranges available are 45-100mm / 1.8-4″ and 100-160mm / 4-6.5″
• Optional extension rod allows for measuring holes past 6 inches; up to four rods can be used at a time
• Optional setting rings for zero point adjustment are available
• Go/No-Go judgment is performed by setting the upper and lower tolerances
• Design allows for measurements closer to the bottom of blind bore holes
• SPC output function allows for easier, faster data management in real time
• ABSOLUTE (ABS) linear scale eliminates the need for setting the origin point every time the micrometer is powered on
