Mitutoyo’s blind hole bore gages measures ID at position close to the bottom of holes with high accuracy (4µ/.00016”).

Features & Benefits

The Mitutoyo blind hole bore gage is ideal for measuring the inner dimensions at the bottom of blind bores and holes. Interchangeable anvils constructed of alloy steel allow for measurements of a wide range of bore diameters. A pendulum guide structure offers the ability to slide the gage for easier measurements without sacrificing accuracy. A two-point contact system detects geometry anomalies such as ovalness and taper.

  • Available with or without a Mitutoyo Dial Indicator
  • Available in Inch models
  • Inch models have a graduation option of .0005” and .0001”
  • Optional extension rods are available to measure deeper bores and holes
  • Large, newly designed hollow grips are easier to hold and reduce heat transfer from the operator for better accuracy
  • Models with dial indicators are fully protected by a rugged cover
  • Gage stem diameter is .375”
