The Mitutoyo Digimatic Holtest digital internal micrometer sets with interchangeable heads includes complete gages (display units and measuring heads) for each measurement size in the set. All of the holtest units feature self-centering Titanium Nitride (TiN) coated contact points that provide accurate, sensitive measurements and are highly durable. Precision-machined gears ensure reliable, repeatable measurements that are shown on a large, easy-to-read LCD display in an impact and water resistant housing. The holtest’s ratchet stop mechanism provides a constant measuring force on the hardened-steel spindle to ensure accurate, even measurements.

- Metric sets include heads with measuring ranges from 6-12mm to 100-200mm
- Metric/Inch sets include heads with measuring ranges from 6.925-12.7mm / .275-.5″ to 101.6-203.2mm / 4-8″
- SPC output function allows for quick and easy data management in real time
- Functions include Zero/ABS Setting, Data Hold, Data Output, Function Lock, 2 Presets, and inch/mm conversion (on inch/metric models only)
- Alarm: Low Voltage, Counting Value Composition Error, Battery Replacement
- Scale on thimble and sleeve is laser etched for easy read in all conditions
- IP65 protection permits use in environments exposed to cutting oil, dust, etc.*
