The Mitutoyo Inch Square Wear Gage Block Sets are available in different grades and sizes, ideal for protecting steel or CERA gage block rung stacks from wear. Constructed with either ceramic or carbide materials, gage wear block sets provide better wear resistance dimensional stability and longer shelf life, protecting the accuracy and pairing of often-used gage block sets.
- Available in CERA and carbide block sets
- Available in Grades 0 and AS-1
- Available in sizes .05” and .1”
- CERA blocks are free from dimensional change over time; have 10 times the abrasion resistance of steel gage blocks
- Advanced lapping techniques achieve the best flatness, surface roughness needed for gage blocks
- Black characters on gage blocks are inscribed by laser and clearly visible
- Inspection Certificate included
- Supplied in a solid wooden case
