The Mitutoyo Metric Square Gage Block Sets offer exceptional precision and great versatility for a wide range of measurement applications including cutting tool positioning, angle measurement with a sine bar, taper measurements with a roller, and inspection of depth micrometers. The square gage block retains stable orientation both longitudinally and laterally, and they are available in different grades, sizes and steps.
The Mitutoyo innovative lapping technique makes our gage blocks some of the most accurate and trusted instruments in the world, featuring exceptional flatness and ideal surface roughness. Our steel gage blocks are constructed of high-carbon and methodically heat treated repeatedly for a high degree of hardness to reduce deterioration over time.
