Features & Benefits

The Mitutoyo ABSOLUTE Digimatic micrometer’s adjustable measuring force capabilities accommodates measurements of both soft and hard materials in a variety of applications. The repeatability of the automatically applied measuring force allows operators of all skill levels to perform highly accurate measurements, therefore saving time and money.

  • Two different adjustable measuring forces are available: 0.5-2.5N or 2-10N
  • The measurement-value hold function automatically retains the data at a specified measuring force, ensuring accuracy
  • Non-rotating spindle and the new ratchet friction thimble
  • Speedy spindle feed of 10mm/rev. and .4”/rev for inch/metric model
  • ABSOLUTE linear scale eliminates the need for setting the origin point every time the micrometer is powered on
  • Elimination of overspeed errors provides a higher measurement reliability and repeatability
  • Available with SPC data output capabilities
  • Functions include Origin Set, Zero/ABS, Hold, Function Lock, Auto Power On/Off, and inch/mm conversion (on inch/metric models only)
  • Alarm: Low Voltage, Counting Value Composition Error
  • Includes a standard bar to set the origin point (for models with 15-30mm / .6-1.2” range)
  • Supplied in fitted plastic case
