The Mitutoyo gear tooth micrometer series measures the over-pin diameter of gears. Precision carbide anvil and spindle ball-tipped measuring surfaces are interchangeable, with optional ball-tip faces allowing for measurement of various gear modules. A ratchet-stop mechanism provides uniform pressure on a workpiece for precise, repeatable measurements.
- Interchangeable ball anvil-spindle tips for various gear modules (0.5-5.25) are optional
- Measuring surfaces are constructed of carbide to reduce wear
- Ratchet mechanism provides an audible click to ensure measurement is being performed at a constant pre-set force
- Satin chrome finish on the sleeve and laser etched scale on thimble for easier reading

- Includes a standard bar except for 0-25mm and 0-1” models
- Supplied in fitted plastic case (models over 150mm have a wooden case)
