The Mitutoyo screw thread micrometer uses optional V-Anvil and conical spindle inserts interchangeably to precisely measure pitch diameters of metric or unified screw threads. A ratchet-stop mechanism provides uniform pressure on a workpiece for precise, repeatable measurements.

• Optional interchangeable 60 degree and 55 degree V-Anvil and conical spindle inserts are precision ground hardened, high-grade steel
• Ratchet mechanism provides an audible click to ensure measurement is performed at a constant force
