The Mitutoyo fine spindle feeding micrometer head with 0.1mm/rev is ideal for extra-fine adjustments and positioning of a work stage, parts holder or machine.

Features & Benefits
The Mitutoyo micrometer head with fine-feeding spindle is constructed of hardened tool steel, and the measuring face is precision lapped for better accuracy. The thimble extends at a much smaller rate, 0.1mm per revolution, than conventional micrometer heads for more precise positioning and measurement.
- Models are available with 6mm or 9.5mm mounting stem diameters
- Spindle diameters available are 6.35mm / .25″, 5mm /.197″, and 3.5mm /.137″
- Mic head total lengths (at stroke end) are 43.4mm / 1.70″, 48.5mm / 1.90″, and 61.5mm / 2.42″
- Spherical spindle faces have lapped surfaces and are constructed of ultra-hard SKS3 steel
- Thimble is hard-chrome plated with laser-etched scales for easy-to-read measurements
- External dimensions are compatible with conventional 0.5mm pitch threads
- Spindle screw threads are precision machined for incredibly precise movements
